Internship Program

6-week program led by a Doctorate student
focused on D&I. Our program focuses on the power of collaboration and leverages each intern education level and passion for D, E & I.

By the end of the 4-week program, interns will have the opportunity to:

  • Strengthen Technical Skills with hands-on projects and guided learning
  • Gain Foundational Industry Knowledge relevant to innovation and leadership
  • Perfecting Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
  • Enhance Interpersonal and Communication Skills, including collaboration and emotional intelligence
  • Practice Presentation Techniques in a supportive environment
  • Grow Their Professional Network by connecting with mentors and peers
  • Pitch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) aligned with Elevink’s mission and business model
