Claudia Vazquez
CEO & Founder
Claudia is a visionary of possibilities, an international speaker, and author. Collaborative, practical, with an creative approach and over 20 years of financial industry leadership experience.
Claudia has strategized and executed numerous diverse hiring and recruiting campaigns, developed professional development programs for BRG’s and deployed an international recognized program to empower women. Claudia has successfully led various Business Resource Groups, and has led transformative community programs.
Claudia has been invited to share her story and share Diversity best practices at Princeton University, Columbia University, Wharton Business School, Rutgers and Yale. Claudia has National and Local Board experience and sits on the board of the Latino Network Coalition, and is member of the founding Hispanic Star Alliance. Claudia is a featured author in the book Today’s Inspired Latina Vol 5 released May 2019. In 2020 Claudia received the Latina of Influence Award by Hispanic Lifestyle, In 2019, Claudia received the Red Shoe Leader Award, in 2018, Claudia received the Hispanics Inspiring Student Performance and Achievement’s (HISPA) Champion of the Year award and in 2007 Claudia was awarded Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever award in Washington DC.
Claudia earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Management. She holds certifications in project management, Six Sigma Black Belt and as an Agile professional.
During the 2020 pandemic, Claudia followed her heart and passion to create a social impact company and founded elevink, a consultancy firm dedicated to connect underrepresented talent with professional opportunities.
